As a participant on the Best Practices Mission Trip, you understand that upon acceptance of your application you confirm and commit to the following:

I am affiliated with a bona fide registered tourism organization, business, municipality, and/or destination located in Northern Ontario that is actively involved with Destination Northern Ontario or Regional Tourism Organization 13;
If applicable, my affiliated business and/or organization maintains all current relevant licenses and levels of insurance;
I agree to participate in the entire agenda and all activities of the program;
Complete pre-trip tasks as assigned;
Actively contribute to discussions during the program, record notes in each presentation, panel and/or peer-to-peer exchange;
Participate in a post-trip debriefing;
Complete a post-trip online evaluation and post-trip assignments(s);
Sign all necessary waivers related to the trip;
Share lessons learned and key observations with colleagues; and
Arrange travel to and from the trip departure point and the purchase of cancellation insurance and Out of Province Medical Insurance, at my own expense and discretion.
Respect and appreciate the contributions and view of others; and
Implement lessons in a timely manner.
