I understand that I will have to pay N250,000 to secure my seat at the April edition of the Sales & Marketing Analytics. Dataleum agrees to provide and the Customer agrees to undertake and pay for the training courses and/or facilities supplied under this agreement.

The terms and conditions of this agreement apply to any course undertaken with Dataleum.

1. Customers are to have a working laptop, access to the Internet and confirm availability for training dates before enrolment.

2. Customers are required to register for the training via our official website www.dataleum.com.

3.Customers are required to read all information displayed on the form and via email to ensure our written communication is done effectively

4. Payment of training which costs N250,000 is to be made to the account number provided after filling the form and not to any personal bank account or any other bank account

5. Upon making payment, customers are now referred to as trainees and payments are non-refundable

6. Should the trainee be unable to attend the training, the trainee is required to watch the recorded videos of the training

7. Trainees who are unable to attend the training and wants to move it to another month will be required to pay an extra carryover charge of N20,000 for virtual learning

8. Prior to / Upon commencement of training, trainees will be sent necessary details and materials needed via email

9. Trainees will be added to a WhatsApp group chat for further correspondence

10. Trainees are required to read all messages and information sent to the WhatsApp group chat

11. Trainees will be profiled on our learning management system and sent login details

12. Virtual: On each day of training, trainees are required to join the Google Classroom platform or any virtual platform used with their full name for easy identification. Trainees who do not use their full name will not be allowed into the virtual training room.

13. On each day of training, training will be recorded and videos uploaded on our learning management system before the end of the day for trainees to access. If otherwise, trainees will be communicated to.

14. Trainees are required to login to their portal to understand how it works as it will be used for final test

15. Trainees should note that videos uploaded on our learning management system are not downloadable and will be accessible by Trainees up until three months after the training

16. Trainees are required to work on and submit any assignment/task given and also take the final test

17. Only trainees that submit assignment(s), take the test and fulfill other necessary requirements will be issued a certificate. Trainees who do not fulfill the necessary requirements within the allocated time frame will forfeit their certificate

18. During the course of the training, Trainees are required to maintain decorum on the WhatsApp group and training platform, adhere to rules and regulations and be respectful to fellow trainees, Facilitators and Dataleum staff

19. Only Soft Copy certificates will be given to all Virtual participants while Physical participants will have access to Hard copy certificates. Virtual participants in need of Physical certificates will pay a fee of 5,000 naira and also bear delivery costs as well.

20. By participating in Dataleum's programs, events, or activities, the trainee grants Dataleum the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, video, or audio recordings in which the trainee may be included. These images and/or recordings may be used for promotional, educational, or other related purposes by Dataleum in perpetuity. The trainee understands and agrees that these materials may be used without compensation and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein their likeness appears.
